Leadership Workshops

Our leadership workshops empower students by providing essential skills for personal and professional growth. Through engaging activities and discussions, we focus on social-emotional learning, featuring topics such as listening, asking questions, decision making, conflict resolution, empathy, team building, kindness, and positivity. These workshops are created for students in grades 3-12. Social-Emotional workshops generally take about two-hours, but could be adjusted given the preferred time length.

Staff Adaptation

All of these workshops are not limited to students only, but can be adapted to include staff. Staff will learn practices that support social-emotional learning which could be applied in their classrooms daily. These interactive workshops promise to get all participants up and moving, interacting with one another, and practicing a skill that can be easily applied into their daily lives at school, at home, and in the community.

Personalized Mentoring

We offer a personalized mentoring program that caters to the unique needs of schools and student groups. The mentoring program pairs an older person (adult, staff member, older student, etc), with a younger learner and helps them develop a connection through team building exercises, goal setting, and personal conversations. Our experienced mentors provide guidance and support to help students navigate challenges, set goals, and develop their leadership potential. We tailor the program to address specific areas of improvement and empower students to thrive.
