Cassie Mugler is the founder and CEO of CM Leadership Coaching and Consulting, LLC. She has nearly fifteen years of experience working with all ages to develop their leadership skills. Her professional background is rooted in education which has included classroom teaching and community based outreach. Cassie has experience making connections in the community, organizing service learning trips both locally and domestically, working with leaders to develop their skills, and working in a variety of church settings.
Cassie is passionate about challenging people of all ages to develop their leadership skills. She is community oriented and brings energy and truth to her interactive workshops. Cassie is excellent at making personal connections, building relationships, and inviting the right people to the table.
Our Story
Our coaching and consulting services were founded on the idea of challenging and raising leaders to be the best influencers they can be in the communities in which they exist. We believe no one is too young to influence others and to learn the skills of being an effective leader. Our interactive workshops and service learning days will provide the skills necessary to become service-oriented leaders in the community. Our workshops will challenge participants to become self aware, empathetic and better communicators, in addition to giving them the confidence to reach their goals. Our services could be a one-time event, recurring event, or even a trip.
